Our director Paula Phelan was admitted in 1996 as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Paula is an accredited specialist with the Queensland Law Society.

Phelan Family Law only do Family Law. We don’t practice in any other area. This way we can focus on being the very best we can be in this area of law.
